Truth Library
Every article here is independently researched, plainly written, and completely free. No sign-up required. No paywalls. No agenda except the truth.
Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome.
— Charlie Munger
The health and fitness industry's incentive is to sell you something you'll need to keep buying. Solving a problem permanently is not as profitable. That single fact explains everything about why the information that could actually set you free never makes it into your newsfeed. Until now.
What is the Truth Library?
Most health websites publish content to drive traffic. The Truth Library exists for a different reason: to give you the information the food, fitness, and pharmaceutical industries have no financial incentive to share — organized clearly, written plainly, and available to anyone for free.
Every article here follows the same standard: grounded in peer-reviewed research, free of industry funding, and written to inform rather than sell. Nothing here requires you to buy anything. Nothing here is designed to create dependency. The goal is your understanding — and your permanent independence.
The information in this library was always free — it exists in research journals, in the lived experience of healthy populations around the world, and in decades of documented science. What this library does is organize it, translate it into plain language, and make it findable in one place.
The only thing we ask: if something here changes how you see things — share it with someone who needs to hear it. That's how this movement grows. Person to person. Truth to truth.
How to get the most out of it
If you're new, read Show Me the Incentive first. It establishes the pattern that runs through every other article in this library — and changes how you evaluate every piece of health advice you'll ever encounter. Everything else in the library builds on it. You'll find it below, sitting in its own section.
The library is organized by topic, not chronologically. Six categories cover the full picture — from why you've been struggling, to the industry incentives behind the misinformation, to food, movement, medicine, and sleep. Find the category most relevant to where you are right now and start there. Each article stands completely on its own.
This isn't a program with a start date or a reading list you need to complete. Come back when you have time. Save articles that resonate. Let the ideas settle. The library will be here whenever you're ready for the next piece — and new articles are added regularly.
New articles are published bi-weekly. The Truth Letter delivers them straight to your inbox the moment they go live — along with the research and perspective behind each one. No spam. No promotions. Just the next piece of the puzzle. You can sign up at the bottom of any page on this site.
Click "Need Help?" in the top right corner. That's the only thing on this site that isn't free — and there's absolutely no pressure to go there. Everything in this library will always be free, always be available, and always be yours to use at your own pace.

Six categories covering the full picture. Each article stands completely on its own — start wherever feels most relevant to your situation.
These articles explain why every approach you've tried eventually stopped working — and why that has nothing to do with your willpower, discipline, or character. Start here if you want to understand the problem before exploring the solution.
These articles expose the profit-driven incentives that determine what health information reaches you — and what doesn't. Not conspiracy theories. Documented facts about how publicly traded companies behave when permanent solutions aren't profitable and dependency is.
What to eat, when to eat, why you eat, and how you eat — the complete picture of nutrition that mainstream advice has only ever taught half of. No meal plans. No calorie counting. Just the science of how the body was designed to nourish itself.
Not gym sessions and workout plans — the natural daily movement the human body was designed for. The difference between movement that restores your biology and exercise that fights it — and why the gym industry profits from keeping you confused about which is which.
Chronic disease, pharmaceutical drugs, and the natural alternatives that research supports but nobody with a financial stake in medicine has any incentive to promote. Evidence-based. Referenced. Free.
The role of sleep, sunlight, and recovery in metabolic health — systems the body uses to repair, regulate, and restore itself that modern life has systematically disrupted. Free to fix. Enormously profitable to ignore.
How the health industry replaced what worked with what sells
This is the report that makes every other article in this library click into place. Twelve documented examples of how the food, fitness, and pharmaceutical industries systematically replaced effective natural approaches with profitable ones — from yoga to Ozempic, from the breakfast myth to the sneaker industry. One pattern. Documented throughout history. Hiding in plain sight.
