The first half — what mainstream nutrition gets right

Every dollar spent on nutrition products addresses the first half of nutrition. The second half — which determines whether the appetite system that should regulate the first half is actually working — generates nothing. Which is exactly why it is never discussed.

What happens when you get both halves right

When both halves of nutrition are working — when the food is real and the appetite system is functioning correctly — something remarkable happens: eating becomes effortless. Not easy in a willpower sense. Effortless in the sense that the body is doing what it was always designed to do, without requiring conscious management.
