Need Help? — Lean & Healthy by Default

Work with Stavros

Need help putting this into practice?

Everything on this site is free — and you're welcome to implement it all on your own. But if you'd like support making it real in your life, here's how we can work together.

Two types of people usually reach this page.

You're too busy to go it alone

You believe in the approach but don't have time to read everything and figure out how to apply it to your specific life. You want someone to cut straight to what matters for you.

You need guidance and accountability

You have the information but struggle to stick with new habits long enough for them to become second nature. You need someone in your corner to keep you on track.

Either way — the help is temporary. Just long enough to build the habits that make lean and healthy the natural outcome of simply living your life. No contracts. No forever.

Closer to a traditional yoga guru than a modern fitness instructor.

For centuries, yoga was never taught in group classes. A guru would evaluate you, give you one or two things to work on — one posture, one breathing technique, one focus — and send you home. You practiced those exact things daily until you truly mastered them. Only then did you return. Only then were you given the next piece of the puzzle.

Nobody was overwhelmed with forty new things at once. Nobody skipped ahead. The pace was determined by mastery — not by a class schedule. And the goal was always the same: to give you a practice so deeply owned that you could walk into any situation in life and know exactly what to do. No instructor needed. No class to attend. No dependency.

Modern yoga studios changed that model — because dependency is more profitable than self-sufficiency.

Traditional yoga

One-on-one. One or two things at a time. Mastery before moving on.

The guru gave you exactly what your body needed — not what everyone else was doing. One posture. One breathing technique. You went home and practiced until it was truly yours.

When you returned and showed mastery, you received the next piece. And so on — until you owned a complete, personal practice that needed no one.

The goal was always your independence, not your return.

Modern studio yoga

Group class. Everything at once. Instructor-dependent forever.

Everyone does the same sequence regardless of their body or needs. You rely on the instructor's cues to know what comes next. You never truly own the practice.

You keep coming back because the sequence changes and you need someone to guide the pacing. That's not a flaw in the model — it's the point of the model.

The research on going it alone vs. working with a coach.

This isn't a sales pitch — it's human nature. Research consistently shows that people who implement behavior change with structured support achieve significantly better results than those who go it alone. Not because of any personal failing — but because accountability, guidance, and encouragement are powerful biological and psychological forces.

3x

Better long-term results with coaching support

Studies on behavior change consistently show coached individuals maintain results significantly longer than those who self-direct.

65%

Higher goal completion with accountability

The American Society of Training & Development found that having a specific accountability partner increases goal completion by up to 65%.

66

Days for a new habit to become automatic on average

Research from University College London shows habits take 18–254 days to form. A coach helps you get through the critical window before motivation fades.

None of this means you can't do it alone. Many people do. It simply means that if you want to maximize your chances of lasting success — support makes a meaningful difference.

This is a conversation — not a sales pitch. Stavros will spend time understanding where you are, what's been getting in the way, and what your path forward actually looks like.

By the end of the call you'll have complete clarity on what needs to change and how to change it — whether you work with Stavros or not.

1

You share where you are

Your history, what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't, and what your life actually looks like day to day.

2

Stavros identifies the root cause

Not the symptoms — the actual underlying reasons why the approaches you've tried haven't stuck.

3

You leave with a clear path forward

Specific, practical, and realistic for your life. If working together makes sense, you'll talk about how that works. If it doesn't, you still leave better off than you came in.
